You earn points every time you shop. 5 points for every £1 spent.
At checkout, you’ll see an option to apply points to your order. 100 points = £1. Minimum redemption is £5. Maximum redemption is £50.
You can start spending your points 30 days after purchase. They are held for 30 days in case you return your order.
Yes, points expire 12 months after your last purchase. We’ll email you 2 weeks before expiry to let you know. Don’t let them go to waste!
Log in to your account and head to the My Rewards section.
The points earned on that item will be removed from your balance. The points spent on the item will be lost.
The more you spend, the closer you’ll get to the next tier. You can see how many points you need to earn on the rewards landing page under 'Your Rewards'. You can also see this at the top of the page on your tier progress bar.
Enter your date of birth once logged in. We'll email you your birthday treat 14 days before your birthday.
If you refer a friend, you’ll each get £5 added to your account to spend. Minimum spend is £50.
This is a perk for UK members in Gold and Platinum. Next-day delivery is automatically free when you enter these tiers. Minimum spend £40. Not available for Northern Ireland or Channel Islands.
